Zoom Integration

Zoom integration with SkillRipe allows instructors to host live lessons, meetings, and create a more interactive eLearning experience. The admin’s account cannot be shared by all the instructors due to various reasons like rescheduling the meeting or cancellation. So, to have better control over the meetings, each instructor must connect their own API details from the backend dashboard.

Step One: Create a Zoom Account

To get started, you need to create a Zoom account first. Visit Zoom’s website and sign up to create an account.

Step Two: Create a Zoom App and JWT

After creating an account, you must first create an app that will connect SKillRipe to Zoom. To do so, please visit Zoom’s app marketplace, and click develop. After that you will be presented with a list of app types.

Step Three: Select JWT

After that, select JWT. You will be asked to give a name to the app, and then some basic information like developer name, company name, email address etc.

Note: Mine is already connected. That’s why it does not say “create.”
